We embrace the Japanese philosophy of ikigai, a rough translation means a reason for being. It combines joy, a sense of purpose and a feeling of well-being.
CEO & Partner (Asia Pacific & Japan)
Asia has been my home for the last 20 years. I’ve worked in Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong and Indonesia, where I founded several successful HR businesses. The last couple of years have been devoted to studying the drivers of human behaviour and the hidden dynamics of organisations.
My passion for learning led me to obtain a Master’s Degree in Change from INSEAD, where the campaign to champion business as a force for good was launched in 2018. This idea inspired me to contribute by supporting talented people & great companies to lead positive change in sustainability.
